Returns & Exchanges

At The Vault Pro Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange new, unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are in original packaging, unused, and include all tags. Custom-built scooters or parts that have been installed are not eligible for return.

  • 2.
    Submit a Request

    Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked carrier.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our pro shop technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
